Our design process begins with the initial quotation/consultation, which can be done in person in our showroom or via email.  

If project is within budget and you are ready to proceed, we would arrange a site visit to take required measurements and discuss everything in more detail. Our team would then prepare a full set of 3D designs and arrange a meeting in our showroom to look at finishes. 

The cost depends on factors like size, style, materials, finishes and other specifications. Our starting pricing for medium sized contemporary kitchen with an island would be from €25,000 + vat. A more elaborate in-frame kitchen will start from €35,000 + vat. 

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order and secure your place in our workshop schedule. A payment of 30% is due prior to delivery with the balance paid on completion of our installation. 

Our lead time is generally 6-8 weeks from confirmed order to installation, but it can vary depending on a scale of the project and our workshop schedule. 

No, we do not directly provide plumbing or electrical services. However, we can organise it separately for you, or liaise with your chosen trades to ensure smooth coordination. 

Removal is not included in our quotation, but can be arranged for additional cost.  

All our kitchen and cabinetry are built to the highest standards and we stand over all our work. Generally, all our fittings and finishes are guaranteed for 2 years subject to normal usage. We do also offer a maintenance call out service for any issues you may have further into the future. 

Quotations: All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, exclude VAT and are subject to a site survey. Quotations do not include removal of existing cabinetry, plumbing or electrical works.

Lead times: We will provide an estimated lead time for manufacturing and installation, which may vary depending on the time of year and project complexity.

Stone worktops lead times: 7-10 working days after kitchen installation and templating by the stone suppliers.

Payments: 50% deposit on order, 30% prior to delivery and balance on completion.

Guarantees and warranties: A guarantee on materials and workmanship will be provided, with exclusions for accidental damage, misuse, and normal wear and tear.

Materials: Natural wood may contain inherent colour variations, knots, and shading differences, which are not considered defects.

Cancellation: Orders are non-refundable once work has commenced due to the bespoke nature of the product.

Ownership: Enigma Design retains ownership of the goods until they are paid for in full.

Storage charges: The client may incur storage charges if they are unable to accept installation within the agreed timeframe.

Photography: Enigma Design may take photographs and video of completed work for promotional purposes. Clients may request that their name and address not be included.

Colours: An exact 100% colour match from a swatch cannot be guaranteed, and slight colour variations may occur.
